The RTS manual would probably help you, but I find that block periodization can be a bit confusing to set up properly in any case. Over 5 reps is mostly for supplemental work. Going by RTS methods you would do most of your work of the main lifts in the range of 3-5 reps with doubles occasionally and perhaps singles as well at some point. The other issue is that you were doing high reps the first two weeks, in my experience that has little carryover to 1rm strength. So you stay with the general themes of volume and intensity but it's not black and white contrast. Look at the Generalized Intermediate program for an example, from one week to the next the reps on the main lifts go 4-5-3-4-3-4-2-3. Part of the problem is the way you have set up the progression of reps, it is basically linear periodization at this point. Short answer: do more work at higher intensities more often, including overloads.
